A working session was held at the stadium "Spartak" to monitor the progress of the reconstruction. "Reconstruction of the stadium "Spartak" is an example of the results which can be achieved by combining the efforts of the Strategy of the Mayor of Kryvyi Rih Kostiantyn Pavlov and the central government in the person of the President under the programme "Great Construction"," Deputy Mayor Serhii Miliutin said.
As of April 21, 2021, a significant amount of work has been carried out at the Stadium "Spartak" on the new covered grandstand. A seat and a rain canopy have been installed, and special places for people with disabilities have been created. The next step will include the application of a special rubber coating on the running tracks, as well as a modern rolled lawn lining for the football field. They organize separate areas for athletics and equip the area for CrossFit. Reinforced concrete structures were strengthened on the second stand, and new seats were installed. The builders reported that work on the stadium is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

So far, the agreements between the airport management and the Ukrainian airline "WINDROSE" on the organization of flights are on their way to the finish line.
The mayor of Kryvyi Rih, Kostiantyn Pavlov, said, “We have preserved the airport, and it remained in international status. And this is not only the prospect of convenient travel for Kryvyi Rih residents, not only the image of Kryvyi Rih but also a great responsibility. Therefore, despite the difficult situation caused by the pandemic, the city allocated financial resources for the modernization of the airport even in 2019. In general, thanks to the funds allocated from the city budget, proximity lights have been installed, a fence has been built under international standards, an apparatus has been purchased to start the engine in the absence of electricity, as well as a clutch measuring device and a luggage loader. The airport is fully ready for flights."

For the modernization of medical institutions, the city authorities involve both the city budget and the financial resources of investment partners. Thanks to the memorandum on social cooperation signed by the mayor Kostiantyn Pavlov with the management of the ArcelorMittal enterprise, the project on capital repairs of the department in hospital №2 started.
Deputy Mayor Kostiantyn Belikov said, “This is an extremely important medical project. The newly renovated department will meet modern world standards, and for our part, we will try to do everything to ensure that medical care is at a high level.”

Specialists from the tourism department of the Kryvyi Rih City Development Institution met with Marth Reiman. He is a professor at the University of Tallinn, a traveller and tour guide.
They outlined plans for further cooperation and visited the most interesting tourist locations of the city. They had a look at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih Museum, 3D video gallery, City Museum of Loca History and Nature, Library on Poshtova Avenue and many exciting attractions of Kryvyi Rih.

As part of the Strategy of Mayor Kostiantyn Pavlov for the development of Kryvyi Rih, experts from Europe, together with residents of the 4th Zarichny and specialists from city departments, continue to create a comprehensive plan for the improvement of the neighbourhood.
Well-known German urban planner and engineer, Vice President of SFB Stiftung zur Förderung des Bauwesens (Construction Support Fund), Toralf Weise has thirty years of experience in transformation, revitalization of industrial facilities, creation of urban landscapes and public spaces in East Germany, Poland. The expert held several working sessions with residents of the 4th Zarichnyi.

In Kryvyi Rih, Special special classes and groups are opened for the social adaptation of children with special needs. Also, a modern inclusive rehabilitation centre operates in the city. To cover the inclusive education of young Kryvyi Rih residents as much as possible, Mayor Kostiantyn Pavlov instructed the Department of Education and Science to work on the issue of opening another such centre.
Currently, there are 101,000 children aged 2 to 18 in Kryvyi Rih, 18% of them with special needs, which is 18,284 children. Over the last three years, the percentage of boys and girls having special educational needs has remained unchanged.
